About the product
ProxyDrone is a B2B platform connecting farmers with drone operators, in a market where the two sides usually find each other through acquaintances and negotiate by phone. The platform replaces that with a six-step flow: the farmer picks the treatment type, the area and the urgency, defines the locations, receives bids from verified operators nearby, compares them on price, portfolio and distance, then chooses who to work with.
What matters after the handshake is that money does not move unconditionally. The operator files an execution report the farmer can also see, and payment is released only once the farmer confirms. On the supply side the pitch is symmetrical: a steady pipeline of jobs, payment guaranteed through the platform, a verified profile carrying real reviews, and — their phrasing — "zero cold-calling, zero negotiations".
The scope is wider than agriculture, even if that is where the headline message sits: crop spraying, precision agriculture and remote sensing with NDVI scanning and orthophoto, aerial photography and video, inspection of power lines, solar panels, buildings and bridges, rapid crop damage assessment and search-and-rescue, plus drone rental for already-certified users. The interface ships in Romanian and English.
