Job hunting usually splits into two separate and equally tiring jobs: watching dozens of different boards so the right role does not slip past, and manually rewriting your CV for each application. In practice the second one does not happen — the same CV goes everywhere, and the response rate falls.
WeLanceALot goes after both. It aggregates freelance, contract and full-time roles from sources spread across the web, removes duplicates and filters them by the user's expertise. Then, from a single "master" CV, it produces a version fitted to each role: matching keywords and requirements, adjusting tone, and producing output in a format friendly to the ATS filters applications pass through before a human sees them.
The third element is a match score computed per role, alongside skill-gap insights. Its purpose is to change the application strategy: instead of spray-and-pray, the energy goes to the applications you can actually win.
